About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for Annie's Townhomes in Memphis, Tennessee.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, rotating weekends on-call, overtime as needed
Responsibilities include:
+ HVAC and appliance installation and repair
+ Plumbing and electrical repair
+ Lock installation, repair, and re-keying
+ Preventive maintenance
+ Make-ready
+ Daily documentation of work performed
+ Following company and OSHA safety policies
Requirements
MUST HAVE
+ HVAC certification (Universal preferred)
+ 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
+ Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
+ Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
+ General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
