APAC Talent Development & Employee Experience Analyst

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Human Resources professional based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role will support HR operations across the Asia Pacific region with a focus on Talent Development and Employee Experience. You will manage training metrics, coordinate performance campaigns, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and has demonstrated abilities in data analysis, organization, and collaboration. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus, as well as native-level English proficiency.
