APAC Regional Performance Controller & Finance Director

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely with the General Manager of Pierre Fabre Singapore and various Area Managers, this role serves as a key business partner, providing strategic financial guidance to drive business growth and profitability. The position leads and manages the finance team through critical reporting periods, including month-end closing, year-end activities, and annual budgeting cycles, while collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization. This role also focuses on building and developing a high-performing finance team to support a dynamic and complex business environment with strong growth potential.
