APAC Regional Performance Controller & Finance Director

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with the General Manager of Pierre Fabre Singapore and various Area Managers, this role serves as a key business partner, providing strategic financial guidance to drive business growth and profitability.

The position leads and manages the finance team through critical reporting periods, including month‑end closing, year‑end activities, and annual budgeting cycles, while collaborating cross‑functionally with stakeholders across the organization.

This role also focuses on building and developing a high‑performing finance team to support a dynamic and complex business environment with strong growth potential.
