APAC Data Center Construction Project, Associate Director

Our client is a leading Data Center operator working closely with hyperscalers across APAC, expanding aggressively (beyond 200MW expansion in plan for the next couple of years), currently seeking for a Project Management and Construction Director to manage their Greenfield + Brownfield Data Center projects across APAC. They are working with most of the leading hyperscalers and have around a billion USD in funding to help their rapid expansion. As a Project Management and Construction Associate Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial conception through to final commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainability. The successful candidate will have proven track records in delivering both Greenfield + Brownfield projects from inception to completion across APAC, LEED accredited professional highly preferable.
