Antitrust and Regulatory Compliance Counsel

VF Corporation is looking for a highly skilled Antitrust and Regulatory Compliance Counsel to join our Legal team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of VF’s Antitrust Compliance Program framework across EMEA and act as a key advisor to legal and business stakeholders on competition law risks arising from wholesale and distribution activities.
• Build and maintain a robust, risk‑based framework for VF’s European Antitrust Compliance Program aligned with global standards.
• Serve as the go‑to expert on competition law for EMEA wholesale and distribution activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate antitrust risks arising from:
  • Distribution models (selective, exclusive, hybrid)
  • Pricing practices, discount policies, and commercial strategies
  • Interactions with wholesalers, retailers, and competitors
