Board Certified Anesthesiologist 
Start date ASAP for ongoing need 
Primarily 8 and 10 hour shifts, plus 24-hour call 
Post call day off 
General anesthesiology, and Endo cases 
EMR used is EPIC 
Active IN license or IMLC
