Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Analysis

•Lead & managesoil and plant tissue analysis according to established SOPs.

•Managelaboratory instruments such as:

  • AAS

  • Spectrophotometer

  • pH meter

  • EC meter

  • Analyze:Macro nutrients,Micronutrients,Soil pH, CEC, organic carbon, EC, texture

    • •Ensure analytical accuracy and consistency.

    Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Follow QA/QC procedures and laboratory safety standards.

  • Managecalibration and routine maintenance of instruments.

  • Participate inproficiencytesting and internal quality checks.

  • Maintain proper documentation and traceability of sample

  • Safety &compliance:chemical handling, hazard communication, biosafety basic, waste disposal regulations, emergency response, lab risk assessment, PPE compliance.
