• Lead performance optimization activities for major releases and stable applications.
• Perform profiling, benchmarking, and failover testing of mobile and enterprise applications.
• Manage and monitor service virtualization tools and their usage, including call volumes and integration impact.
• Track resource capacity usage and the savings achieved through internalization of investment projects, and report on them.
• Develop and review performance strategies, non‑functional requirements, and test requirements for new projects.
• Use real‑time metrics to monitor performance status and report on it.
