Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation of quarterly reports, board papers and other internal and external communications.
• Support the development of high‑quality, data‑driven presentations and respond to ad‑hoc reporting needs.
• Maintain, enhance and develop robust financial models for existing assets.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of model outputs to support strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct ongoing industry and market research to monitor trends, assess risks and identify emerging opportunities, particularly in the retail market.
• Perform quantitative analysis of asset performance, including lease renewals, asset enhancement initiatives, sustainability efforts, valuations and budgeting. ...
