Analyst, International Structuring

The role covers jurisdictional research, structure modelling, documentation coordination, and ongoing compliance support across multi-jurisdictional holding architectures, trust and foundation structures, and cross-border investment vehicles.

The firm advises ultra-high-net-worth families, principals, and private institutions on the design and maintenance of international structures across the major financial centres.
