**Primary Purpose**:
The Analyst, Import/Export Ocean MX is responsible for the timely execution of end-to-end ocean transportation arrangements within the Export Order-to-Cash cycle.
This role requires close collaboration with Order Management Associates (OMA) and the Global Trade team, who manage sales orders and serve as the primary contact for Hershey's international distributors.
The Export Administrator will coordinate cargo bookings with ocean carriers and freight forwarders, ensuring that booking confirmations and key transportation planning dates are promptly communicated to Hershey Business Partners (HBP).
This enables downstream order management activities such as delivery note creation, timely pickup, document validation, and processing.
