Analyst, ESD

Purpose of Job:

The Analyst will support colleagues in the Extractives and SME team in the Environment and Sustainability Department. In this role you will have particular focus on the review and verification of Project Paris Agreement alignment (including screening and assessing climate risks) and green finance attributions across sectors. You will also support the team in the environmental and social appraisal and monitoring of projects. This may involve site visits.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of the Head of Sector/Policy/Monitoring/Assurance:
