Job Description

This is an Individual Contributor/Sr Associate level role that will be responsible for performing analysis, process mapping, process re‑engineering, and implementation of tech solutions within the organization. The successful candidate must be able to conduct evaluations on internal automation products of TaskUs to ensure they maintain a high level of accuracy, usefulness, and relevance to the business objectives they aim to support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and propose and implement process re‑engineering solutions to optimize workflows.
• Conduct rigorous evaluations of internal automation products, assessing their accuracy, relevance, and overall effectiveness in meeting business goals.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions related to process enhancements and the performance of automation tools.
