Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.


• OR 4 years of job related work experience.


• OR 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related degree.

Required Work Experience:

• 2 years of IT Business Analysis experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Capture and document business requirements for PGBA systems.


• Conduct requirement gathering and documentation sessions with customers.


• Walk customers through documented requirements for validation and approval.


• Partner closely with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered accurately.
