Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall endorsement of trainees to operations
• Able to create detailed and structured training plan
• Prepares training materials and aids
• Conducts highly effective training sessions, whether virtual or face to face
• Evaluates post training sessions
• Work with operations to identify training gaps and provide refreshers as deemed fit
