About the Role
This position is responsible for designing, simulating and driving characterization of the analog section of current and future CMOS image sensors. Focusing on the high speed, low power and low noise circuit design. Transistor level analog circuits including noise analysis, transistor level circuit design, simulation, and verification using modern EDA/CAD and physical layout of analog circuits. Must be able to produce high-quality IC layouts, starting from schematics, at both block level and chip level. Design low noise amplifiers, bandgap, switched capacitor circuitry, and mixed signal control circuits. Characterize and optimize sensor for the best performance. Plan, organize, execute and thoroughly document your work, with limited supervision.
