Alumni officer

The American University in the Emirates is searching for an excellent Alumni Officer to join our team and contribute to building connections with our graduates. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing excellent alumni relations that will build and strengthen relationships between the University and its graduates.

Qualifications & Education

• Master or a bachelors in education management or related field from an accredited university

Experience

• 3 5 years practical experience in university

Skills / Training / Knowledge

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to tactfully and politely deal with difficult customer situations
• Appreciation of cultural diversity
• Fluent in Arabic and English language
