About the Role
**Role Overview**
**Sodexo Live!'s Airline Lounge Segment** has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned **Operations Manager** join the elite team of professionals who will operate the **United Club Lounge in Santa Rita, Guam!** We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a culinary-driven, upscale experience within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis. The ideal manager candidate will have eclectic menu knowledge and upscale a la carte experience. This is a hands-on manager role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production.

+ be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
