AIR OPERATIONS OFFICER (DEPUTY)

Summary You will serve as a AIR OPERATIONS OFFICER (DEPUTY) in the AIR OPERATIONS DIVISION of NAS KINGSVILLE TX. Responsibilities You will implement budgets, policies, and procedures for an aviation program. You will formulate acquisition and contracting goals, objectives, strategies, and plans for an aircraft system program. You will adjust plans and operations to account for shortfalls in budget, manpower, or other resources. You will develop acquisition strategies and plans for aircraft programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
