Air Key Account Operator – Air Freight

DSV is recruiting for a Air Key Account Operator to provide an efficient and proactive service to all key account customers, overseas and related service providers. You will be dealing with all aspects of export operation as well as managing customer expectations and continuous improvements.

What will you be doing?

• Receive export bookings from our customers and process bookings in line with KPI requirements and meeting customers’ expectations
• Follow procedures and time frames with pre agreed workflows
• Full understanding of operational requirements relating to Ocean Export Bookings.
• Communicate with internal/external customers to ensure they are kept up to date in all stages and build relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Manage and review costs of shipments, ensuring process’s are completed
