Air Export Executive

The incumbent will manage, coordinate and execute air export shipments for our freight forwarding operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end export documentation, coordinating with vendors, customers, overseas agents, and ensuring compliance with customs and aviation regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES Preparations of documents and airlines labels. (MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, COO) Execute air freight export operations Updating of freight database, including job file status and milestones. Liaise with both internal and external parties like inter departments, customers, vendors and freight forwarders to arrange and manage shipments. Update customer with flight details and POD for Door-to-Door shipments Send e-mail pre-alert to respective destination stations Follow-up with destinations stations for POD for Door-to-Door shipments Ensure air export operations process and procedures and executed timely and effectively.
