About the Role
Location: Expo
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities- Coordinate cargo arrival and clearance
- Monitor shipment status and update customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare import permit declarations
- Arrange delivery orders and coordinate cargo delivery
- Support warehouse operations and documentation
- Billing and customer service support
- Relevant Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Air Freight Forwarding
- Knowledge of MAWB/HAWB, permits & customs clearance is an advantage
- CargoWise experience is a plus
