AI & Process Automation Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on AI & Process Automation Specialist to work closely with finance teams and redesign accounting, closing, payroll and transaction processes using AI and low‑code tools.

Responsibilities

• Embed into business teams and map daily work through interviews, shadowing and observation.
• Identify repetitive work, bottlenecks and error‑prone steps that can be improved or automated.
• Turn findings into clear, concrete automation opportunities with measurable impact.
• Build automations using tools such as Copilot, Claude, Make, n8n or Power Automate.
• Design AI prompts, workflows and lightweight AI agents for reconciliations, data validation and reporting.
• Prototype quickly and bring solutions into use faster than overplanning.
• Collaborate with the Intelligent Automation development team for deeper technical implementation.
