AI Engineer

SUMMARY:
The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining advanced AI systems to support strategic objectives across voice and digital customer interaction channels. This includes the creation of production-grade AI voice bots, text bots, AI-driven QA systems for call audits and bespoke NLP/NLU systems.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute AI strategy aligned to business goals across the organisation. Design and deliver AI solutions (GenAI, NLP, chatbots, voice bots, and LLMs) to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Build, deploy, and integrate scalable AI models and solutions into existing systems. Analyse data to generate insights and support model development and business decisions.
