AI & Cloud Solution Architect, BytePlus - Malaysia Advertising & Sales Kuala Lumpur Regular

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Teams to Qualify leads, Identify Customers' Pain Points and Translate Technologies into Solutions that meet Customers' Business Goals.
• Call upon Technical Expertise and Sales Acumen to lead the Qualification process through Demos, Presentations, Architecture Design Sessions & Technical Workshops.
• Lead RFPs/RFIs/Hands-on POCs by owning the overall process, and ensuring an optimum collaboration across all stakeholders. Convert POCs into Contracts.
• Become a Trusted Advisor Internally and Externally by providing Thought Leadership, Industry Knowledge, and deep understanding across all Technologies that Bytedance B2B is providing.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders including Solution Team, Product Team, Strategy, and R&D, to help influence product roadmap based on Market Feedback in your region.
• Build or improve Tools and Processes to help scale highly customized Technical POCs.
