AI Automation and CRM Systems Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly capable AI Automation & CRM Systems Specialist to build and manage automation systems, AI agents, and CRM integrations across multiple platforms.

This role will work directly with the founder to build systems and integrations. Over time the role will grow into training and managing additional staff, creating a small automation team.

The person must be experienced with CRM systems, automation tools, AI agents, APIs, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

• Sets up and manages CRM systems (especially GoHighLevel).
• Creates pipelines, workflows, and automations.
• Sets up accounts and onboards new users.
• Configures web chat widgets and messaging integrations.
• Manages contact databases and automation triggers.

Automation & System Integrations

• Builds automation workflows between multiple platforms. ...
