Job description Job description Supervise and manage Mall operations including property management, tenant management, customer service, contract services such as facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance etc. Ensure smooth day to day functioning of the Mall, facilitating good environment for retailers business activity and delightful customer experience. Identify key performance characteristics of each Retailer Category. Create and manage Data- base for the identified parameters.
