Manage HR, IR, and ER operations for field employees (largely Medical Representatives), ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and legal compliance.
Conduct reviews and coordinate with field managers and Medical Representatives for alignment with organizational policies.
Implement HR/ER strategies and oversee processes across multiple divisions.
