Agile Transformation Lead & Scrum Master

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Scrum Lead to join our Enterprise Change Office (ECO) in Nezahualcóyotl, Mexico. You will lead teams in adopting an Agile mindset and implementing effective Agile methodologies while providing strong leadership to associates in their Agile journey.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in Agile delivery, including 1 year as a Scrum Lead. Must be proficient in using Atlassian Jira and familiar with Agile practices.
