Agentic Product Designer - Remote - Colombia

The Position

We're looking to hire an Agentic Product Designer to join our team. You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional Product Design, UI/UX Design or related experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research through high‑fidelity design and implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including complex prototyping, auto layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, and developer handoff workflows.
• Hands‑on experience using Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted environments to accelerate product design, prototyping, iteration, and cross‑functional collaboration.
