Agent Product Designer - Tempo

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on a visual editor interface that enables developers to build React components with minimal code.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define feature requirements and translate them into high‑fidelity designs.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities to suggest component patterns, auto‑generate code snippets, and enhance user workflows.
• Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the editor and related tools.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product or UI/UX design experience, preferably in web or developer tools.
• Proficiency with React, Figma, and design system best practices.
• Experience working with AI/ML features or a strong understanding of how to incorporate them into user interfaces.
