This role is to plan and implement incentive programs for agency forces to meet/exceed sale target.

Chịu trách nhiệm đầu mối thiết kế và quản trị các chương trình thi đua/khuyến khích hàng tháng cho từng phân khúc đại lý phụ trách (Producer, Leader/Recruiter, GA & GAD), bao gồm tùy biến theo RED+ và định hướng thiết kế sản phẩm.
