AIG agency team handles various aspects of agency operation includes
+ General inquiries which address general questions about AIG’s services and product
+ Commercial lines of business handling that require in depth understanding and explanation towards Customer in form of presentation or meetings
+ Trainer on both soft skill/ product knowledge - train, update or refresh business partners on the changes, Product, mind mapping, cross selling, etc
+ As a key person between partners and underwriter, guiding and sharing the functionality of our system
+ Recruit more partners to offer AIG products to customers
