Agency Analyst (Middle Office) - Private Debt (Vitoria-Gasteiz)

Aether is looking for an Analyst (with at least 2 years of experience) to join its Agency team. In financing transactions (whether bank loans or bond issuances), the Agent acts as the intermediary between banks/investors and corporate borrowers.

Historically performed in-house by banks and investment funds, these functions have increasingly been outsourced, contributing to the strong growth of our business.

The Agent ensures the proper execution of financing agreements through:

• Administrative responsibilities: managing and monitoring the timely delivery of contractual information obligations (annual financial statements, reporting packages, budgets, covenant certificates, etc.).
• Financial responsibilities: calculating interest and payment instructions, margin adjustments, prepayment penalties, APR calculations, subscription prices, and related matters.
