• Respite Care in Yea, VIC (Fortnightly) We're looking for a female support worker for in-home respite with starting 08-May-2025.
• Shift: Every second Thursday, 11:00 AM 02:00 PM Client is flexible to book on Thu or Fri, between 11:00 AM 05:00 PM
• Vehicle: Must fit a 4-wheeled walker (4WW)
• Mobility: Lyn walks independently indoors, uses her 4WW outdoors, and needs supervision due to fall risk. No lifting needed, but please offer hand support when getting in/out of the car.
• About Lyn: Lyn has cognitive decline affecting communication. She speaks in broken sentencesplease be patient, speak clearly, and allow time for her to respond.
• Support Tasks: In-home respite & social support Accompanied outings (chemist, library) Help arrange Valley Meal Prep deliveries If time allows: tidy kitchen, change bed linens, laundry
