The Aftersales Training Lead
Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering all Aftersales training programmes for partner networks, technical teams, and customer-facing service staff. This includes Customer Advisory, Technical, Parts, and Warranty learning pathways. The role ensures that the INEOS Automotive strategy is implemented effectively and that partners receive the necessary training support aligned with product launch timelines and continuous improvement needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of Aftersales training programmes across Customer Advisory, Technical, Parts and Warranty functions (excluding Sales and Product training).
- Translate the INEOS Automotive strategy into practical training pathways for global service partners.
