    • Celtic Careers is working with an established commercial vehicle sales client seeking an experienced Aftersales & Operations Manager to take ownership of its workshop and customer service function.

    This role requires a balance of technical capability, leadership strength, and commercial judgement to ensure consistent workshop performance and strong customer retention.

    Key Responsibilities
    You’ll take ownership of workshop performance, ensuring work is planned effectively, delivered on time, and completed to a high standard.
  • Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and workflow planning
  • Ensure repair quality meets manufacturer and safety standards
