Aftersales Administrator Opportunity in Chippenham.

Salary: Around £30,000 per annum, pending experience. 

Hours: Monday to Friday.

Our client, a multi-franchise approved car dealership in the Chippenham region, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Warranty Administrator to join their busy Service Department. 

Reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a team, as a Vehicle Warranty Administrator, your main duties will include:

Preparing all warranty claims for submission to manufacturers for payment.

Checking and clearing weekly statements and querying any overdue claims not paid or any discrepancies in payments.

Ensuring all documentation falls in line with manufacturers' guidelines.
