Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist after-sales customers; provide consultation and service guidance
  • Perform product intake and create work orders according to company policies
  • Assist customers with repair, return, exchange, and inspection processes
  • Track repair progress and proactively update customers on status
  • Handle initial complaints and unusual issues; provide basic resolution or escalates as needed
  • Help maintain order and a positive customer experience in the service area

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher (no major restriction)
  • English B1 level & conversational Spanish
  • Customer service, retail, or after-sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and service awareness
