Job Description
The Affiliate Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing influencer and affiliate partnerships to drive revenue and brand growth. This role takes ownership of end-to-end affiliate operations—from sourcing and onboarding KOLs to tracking performance and scaling high‑impact collaborations, including live commerce initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Scope of Work
- Oversee influencer and affiliate campaigns in coordination with third‑party agencies and in‑house initiatives
- Manage KOL relationships, communication, and content execution
- Lead sourcing and onboarding of influencers and MCNs for both content and live selling
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive KOL/Affiliate database
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Drive growth of affiliate and live commerce channels
