General duties:
  • Record attendance at work by using online and hardcopy attendance recording systems.
  • Punctually operationalise Clinics or Sessions.
  • Ensure the comfort and well‑being of the patients/customers.
  • Handle daily transactions, booking and scheduling of appointments.
  • Make post‑treatment courtesy calls to all patients/customers as part of the service excellence protocol.
  • Follow up on patients/customers’ upcoming appointments.
  • Responsible for explaining to patients/customers and ensuring they understand the benefits and procedures of the various treatments.
  • Help patients/customers understand the costs involved in the treatments.
