About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable women health & aesthetics treatments.
- Promote and upsell clinic packages, products, and services to meet sales targets.
- Manage customer inquiries from walk-ins, calls, and online leads.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Handle sales documentation, payments, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Working Hours: 10am-8pm (Mon-Fri), 10am-7pm (Sat), Sunday & Weekday Off.
