Salary and Benefits Salary range: $115,387 - $126,926 including 30% Geo Modifier. Sign on Bonus: $15,000. Retention Bonus plans: $40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed. Other benefits: On Duty Housing, 7/7 Schedule.
