Permanent, Part‑time (22.5 hours per week)

As our Advisor Philanthropy, you’ll be part of a dynamic fundraising team, responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with donors, supporters, and members. You’ll inspire significant gifts and bequests, helping us deliver life‑changing services across New Zealand.

This position requires frequent donor meetings outside the office. When performing desk‑based tasks, we offer flexible working arrangements, ideally with three days based in the office and the remainder working from home. We’re open to discussing what flexibility looks like for you and how we can best support your working style.

NZRC offers a total remuneration approach of circa $90 k for this role (the full‑time remuneration would then be pro‑rated to 22.5 hours), base salary plus employer contribution to KiwiSaver.
