One Community Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner) to join our Primary Care team. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, making it ideal for those looking to accommodate a flexible schedule in the Columbia River Gorge area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our healthcare team. This position will support operations, with an average of 14-18 patients per day and deliver high-quality primary care and urgent care at our clinic in Hood River, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current board certification in specialty field.
• Current Oregon license and DEA licensure in good standing.
• Ability to adapt to varying schedules
• Able and willing to travel and support other OCH health centers when requested.
