About This Role

The St. George Cardiovascular Heart Failure Program consists of 2 Heart Failure Cardiologists and 2 APPs. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you would work 1 week in clinic and 1 week in the hospital.

• This is an outpatient and inpatient position working at our Heart Failure cardiology clinic and hospital in St. George, UT
• You would work in the clinic 4 ten‑hour day shifts Mon‑Fri with your day off being determined by the department
• You would work 1 week in clinic and 1 week in the hospital
• There is no call or weekends with this position
