Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic clinical pharmacist with a keen interest in respiratory medicine to join our integrated pharmacy team. This position will play a key role in leading and developing respiratory pharmacy services across the Central Integrated Health Community (IHC).

The successful candidate will work closely with the respiratory multidisciplinary team across inpatient wards, outpatient services, and specialist respiratory pathways. The role includes a defined commitment working with the Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) team, supporting outpatient clinics, multidisciplinary team working, and optimisation of evidence-based therapy for patients with complex respiratory disease.

The pharmacy team is closely integrated within the Central IHC, with opportunities to work collaboratively with respiratory pharmacists across other localities, contributing to guideline, protocol, and pathway development a...
