About the Role
An intern who will be responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of the system enhancements and projects in Life Operations, namely in Policy Services Process. Understand the business processes and supporting systems within AIA's Policy Services.
Participate and understand in business requirements
Analyze requirements based on data analysis and discussion with business team, further work out system solution on simple item.
Provide suggestions to improve business processes and system enhancements.
Assist in the development of a clear and concise plan of action for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Execute testing, analyse, and document test outputs for accuracy and completeness scenarios within the stipulated timelines.
Work closely with stakeholders to resolve UAT defects, if any.
Report UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issues.
