Summary This position serves as an Advanced Medical Support Assistant (MSA) in support of the Emergency Department at the William S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital. This requires verifying eligibility for health care, making eligibility determinations in accordance with VHA national guidelines, interpreting and verifying provider orders, and communicating with providers related to all administrative requirements of treatment and/or admission.
